We carry out a large number of overcladding projects where a new insulated roofing system is installed over an existing poor roof.

Typically the existing roof lights are replaced if they are in place with a new outer roof light panel being installed over the newly replaced roof lights, this then allows natural daylight into the building and greatly improves the light within the building.

A new rail system is then fixed through the existing roof and into the original structure ready to receive the new roof sheeting.

The roof is then insulated before the outer roof sheets are installed. New liners are then installed into any existing valley gutters to form a fully encapsulated eave and gutter area.

Finally the new profile steel outer sheeting is installed along with all relevant flashings in order to complete the new overclad system.
